Energizing Plan: Living the Detox Life
Most of what you need to live the detox life is included within the Energizing Plan: add plenty of B vitamins to your diet; boost oxygen intake by breathing and stretching the body regularly; expend energy through exercise to boost energy in the body and, very importantly, get a good night's sleep.
If you can do all those things, you will probably never suffer from fatigue again. However, there's one final thing you can do to help things: read and follow the advice in the 'Living the detox life' section of the Anti-pollution Plan (see page 55).
Increasingly, experts believe that a build-up of serious toxins (like the residues of pesticides or heavy metals) in the body is the cause of problems such as chronic fatigue syndrome. Reducing your intake of these is therefore another step in living an energized life.
